Schools are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity under their accounts. Access is governed by the role assigned to each user.

Acceptable use

Users may not misuse the service, attempt to access data belonging to other schools, disrupt the platform, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Data ownership

Schools retain ownership of the data they enter. We process that data on their behalf to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability

We work to keep the platform available and reliable, with automatic backups and monitoring. The service is provided on an ongoing basis; scheduled maintenance may occasionally be required.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
